Features of Exhibition
Authoritative and uniqueness
This is the only exposition on housing industry sponsored by Ministry of Construction, P.R. China in 2007. It has 30,000m2 of exhibition area. The exhibition is designed as a world-class event dedicated to showcasing the achievement of China’s housing industry and to further integrating the industry with new development trends in the world.
China’s huge construction market
Asia represents 57% of the global construction market, whereas a lion share of the market is in China. For example, new constructed areas in China were well over two billion m2 in both 2003 and 2004. China has been opening its huge market to the world; and more and more foreign companies are bringing their ideas, materials, manufacturing, technologies, and management skills to China.

This magnificent international Expo covers the full range of topics in housing industry from building design to construction complete. To meet the challenge as China is moving rapidly toward its modernization, this exhibition will highlight topics in energy efficiency, land-use optimization, water saving, material 3R and Environment-friendly approach.

Review of the 5thChina International Exhibition on Housing Industry
The exhibition has been successfully held four times since its inception in 1996. After ten years of dedicated work, it has become an important event in its own right both in China and overseas. The 4th Expo, held in 2006, had an exhibition area of about 28,000m2  with 1,600 standard booths, 400 exhibitors, and 40000 visitors. Housing industry department of all provinces and cities throughout China organized delegations to attend the event, which was designed to showcase China’s technology harvest in its housing industry in recent years. The Japanese government organized more than 20 large housing enterprise delegations to participate in the Expo; more than 100 delegates had engaged in trade talks. Many famous companies from Canada, Germany, Korea, United States and other countries attended the event. Over 400 exhibitors, representing housing integration producers, manufacturers of building materials or products, and large real estate groups in China, were at the Expo.

1. Shell Schell booth including three (or two)-side wall partition, one table, two chairs, light, one 220V/10A electricity power outlet, one set of white board with booth number and company name.
2. It can be rented if raw space needs carpet，light，power supply，table，chair and so on. Exhibitors should pay for the self-build venue fees to exhibition center directly as their price list.

Application procedures
All exhibitors please fill in the “application form of participation” and sent it to the contact corporation of exhibition committee, also remit the participation fee through the bank. The exhibitor’s booth will be booked during the process of your application. After the application is accepted, the committee will reserve the booth for the applier according to order of the time that the payment is received. The committee will send the “participant hand book” to exhibitors after the booth is booked, exhibitors please be ready as requests of the handbook.
